Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-05-28

The legal terms that govern your use of CAM Hub, the community companion site for Catch a Monster on Roblox.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using catchamonsterhub.com and any of its subdomains (together, "CAM Hub" or "the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of use and by our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers alike.

2. About CAM Hub

CAM Hub is an independent, community-run fan site for the Roblox experience "Catch a Monster" created by LDS II. We build wiki pages, tier lists, team tools, server-hop helpers, and other community utilities. CAM Hub is not official, not run by Roblox Corporation or LDS II, and not affiliated with either. All gameplay decisions, balance changes, and live operations remain solely with the game's developers.

3. Eligibility

CAM Hub is open to anyone able to use Roblox. Roblox's own terms set a minimum age of 13; users under 13 must have parental consent for any account-bound feature. Our Discord sign-in is gated by Discord's separate 13+ policy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 — if you believe a child has signed in without consent, contact us and we will remove the account. More detail in our Privacy policy.

4. Account and Discord login

CAM Hub uses Discord's official OAuth2 flow with the identify scope only. We never see or store your Discord password and we no longer request your email. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Sharing your account, automating logins, or using another person's identity is a violation of these Terms. Account-data handling is described in full in our Privacy policy.

5. User content and license

When you submit a team build, comment, vote, pet stat submission, curated tier vote, or any other content to CAM Hub, you keep ownership of what you submitted. You grant CAM Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and re-render that content within the site and across CAM Hub's social channels — for example, "build of the week" highlights, partner showcases, or community recaps. You confirm the content is yours to submit and does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Code of conduct

The following are prohibited on CAM Hub: harassment, doxxing, hate speech, NSFW content, spam, vote manipulation, automation against the site, scraping at abusive rates, and impersonating other players or LDS II staff. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or ban and removal of the offending content. Curators and admins exercise reasonable discretion in enforcement. Appeals can be sent through the contacts at the bottom of this page or in the site footer.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers on CAM Hub are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Two tiers are available:

  • Plus — $4.99 USD per month. Raises the daily server-hop quota from 50 to 500 and the saved-teams cap from 1 to 5.
  • Pro — $9.99 USD per month. Unlimited server-hops, up to 100 saved teams, plus future Pro-only perks as they ship.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. All prices are charged by Polar in US dollars; any currency conversion is handled by your card issuer at their prevailing rate.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Polar customer portal linked from /pricing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep your tier perks until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Polar's standard 14-day EU consumer-law window for digital services that have not been substantially consumed. Once tier benefits are materially used — large quota consumption, saved-team slots filled, and similar — refunds are at our reasonable discretion. Escalations to cjgamesgod@gmail.com.

9. Service availability and no warranty

CAM Hub is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that pet stats, codes, tier rankings, or any other content is free of errors. The Roblox game updates frequently; we refresh the site as fast as the community surfaces changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAM Hub and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost in-game progress, missed codes, or decisions made on the basis of tier data, builds, evolution guides, or other content on the site. For paying subscribers, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the most recent monthly subscription fee you actually paid.

11. Roblox and LDS II disclaimer

CAM Hub is an independent fan-made companion website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation, LDS II, or the Catch a Monster development team in any way.

All Roblox-related trademarks, names, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners. The "Catch a Monster" name and in-game assets are used here under fair use, strictly for community reference, commentary, and guides. If a rights holder asks us to take down a specific asset, we will respond promptly.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or the code of conduct, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may stop using CAM Hub at any time. Cancellation, suspension, or termination of a paid subscription does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments except as required by applicable consumer law or as expressly described in the Cancellation and refunds section above.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the site, the law, or the game evolves. Significant changes will be announced in our community Discord and surfaced through an in-site notice. Continued use of CAM Hub after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Consumers resident in the European Union retain their statutory rights under local consumer-protection law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally fall under the competent courts of Portugal, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Contact for legal matters

Legal questions, takedown requests, refund escalations, and serious safety reports can be sent to cjgamesgod@gmail.com. For general support and community questions, the fastest route is our community Discord.
