Three ways to reach CAM Hub. Pick the channel that fits what you need — they have different response speeds.
Discord — primary channel (recommended)
For almost everything, the CAM Hub Discord is the right place to start. Join at discord.gg/DR5CeKjP8A.
Use Discord for bug reports, feature requests, pet stat submissions for the wiki, questions about codes, general help with the site, and the classic "why isn't my vote counting." If something looks broken on a specific page, a screenshot in the relevant channel gets us looking within minutes.
Typical response time is under 24 hours, often within a few hours during EU business hours. Discord is preferred over email because the answer is public — the next person with the same question can find it in the channel history instead of waiting in line.
Email — press, partnerships, billing
Email cjgamesgod@gmail.com for things that genuinely need a private channel: press inquiries, business partnerships, content licensing, AdSense or advertising matters, billing or refund escalations the Polar customer portal cannot resolve, and legal notices.
Response time is within three business days. If your message is about a press deadline, say so in the subject line and it gets prioritized. Please do not use email for things like "this code expired" or routine player questions — those move much faster on Discord, and email replies stack up behind the genuinely time-sensitive ones.
The visible address is cjgamesgod@gmail.com so you can copy and paste it into your own mail client if the link does not open.
Twitter / X — public mentions
Twitter handle @CarlosJuniordev. Good for tagging us in clips, sharing suggestions you are happy to be public about, and general community shoutouts.
Response time on Twitter is slower — often a few days — and DMs are not reliably checked. If something actually needs a reply, mirror it to Discord. Twitter is best treated as a way to be seen, not a support inbox.
What we cannot help with
In-game support for Catch a Monster itself — Roblox account bans, lost items, in-game glitches, party-finding inside a Roblox server — has to go to LDS II directly through the official Roblox game page. CAM Hub is a companion site built around the game. We do not have access to your Roblox account, your in-game inventory, or the game's server backend, so there is nothing we can do from this side to recover items, lift bans, or reverse anything that happened inside a Roblox session.
One human, no SLA
CAM Hub is a one-person operation based in Portugal. The response times above are typical patterns, not contractual guarantees, and they can slip during travel, illness, or a heavy game update week. If you have not heard back on email within a week, do not assume you are being ignored — ping the Discord with a quick note. Email occasionally lands in spam, and a duplicate Discord ping is the fastest way to surface a stuck thread.
Refunds & subscription help
Subscription refunds are handled through Polar's customer portal, which is linked from /pricing once you are signed in. For escalations, refund-window edge cases, or billing problems the portal cannot resolve, email cjgamesgod@gmail.com with your account name and a short summary. Polar.sh is our payment processor and merchant of record, which means receipts, invoices, and tax documentation come from them and not directly from CAM Hub.
